Six kiwis - Action

[The attack always came from the one you least expected. New Zealand, while young, has been in enough wars to know that she should have know that. But when Censor came trotting up to her, she didn't notice the bloodshot eyes, the smell of rotting flesh catching her attention first. A small chunck out of the sheep's cheek, who in turn took a chunk out of her arm as she knelt down to look him over.

She hadn't thought much of it then, chalking it up to Censor being distressed from his wound. She patched him up, then herself and thought little more of it.

And then the hunger came. The hunger that no food could feel, the hunger that perked up at the sound of fresh blood pumping through veins, making her drool at the sight of clear flesh. She was so so hungry, Censor nearly as bad as her, when she finally staggered out of the house. Eyes sunken she dragged herself along the streets, feeling the hunger grow and grow, Censor tagging along beside her.

And then she snapped, lunging at the nearest person, teeth bared. So so hungry, and they smelt so good.

Just a little nibble wouldn't hurt, would it?]
